ZoneSync Meeting Planner
Time zone converter and meeting planner with exact daylight saving time handling.
ZoneSync converts a date and time between cities and time zones using the full IANA time zone database, so daylight saving time is always right: including the weeks in March and October/November when the US and Europe are out of step, half-hour and 45-minute zones such as India and Nepal, and clock changes that make a local time skipped or repeated. Its meeting planner ranks meeting slots for 2-8 places by how many people are inside working hours, shows a 24-hour timeline per place, and gives a calendar (.ics) file for the slot you pick.
What it does
- Convert a time from one place to up to 20 others, with UTC offset, abbreviation, and +1/-1 day markers
- Exact daylight saving time: skipped times (spring forward) are explained and shifted; repeated times (fall back) show both instants
- Warns when a clock change happens within 7 days, and when two places are temporarily 1 hour closer or further apart than usual
- Meeting planner for 2-8 places over up to 14 days with per-person working hours and work weeks; shows each slot's flexible start window and the closest time that works for everyone
- 24-hour timeline per place with working hours shaded and the top-ranked slots highlighted
- Calendar file (.ics) for any chosen slot, in UTC so every calendar app shows the right local time
- Understands about 500 cities, US states, countries, IANA zones, UTC offsets, and common abbreviations (PST, CET, IST...)

Limitations
- Uses the time zone rules built into the server (IANA database); rule changes announced after its last update are not reflected
- Does not read or write your calendar, check anyone's availability, or send invitations
- Public holidays are not considered when ranking meeting slots
- Place lookup covers about 500 cities plus states, countries, and any IANA zone; smaller towns need a state or country ("Springfield, Illinois")
